Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Eteeka LLC(“Mobi,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit mobiforkids.com, reserve a Mobi smartwatch, or communicate with us. It applies to the website and the reservation experience. It does not cover the Mobi device or wireless service once you receive your watch — those are covered by separate terms provided with the device.

We collect three categories of information:

Information you give us

• Reservation details: name, email address, shipping address, and selected watch configuration.
• Payment information: processed directly by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers; we receive a transaction confirmation and the last four digits.
• Support correspondence: messages you send to info@mobiforkids.com.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser data: IP address, user agent, screen size, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps.
• Advertising click identifiers: when you arrive from an ad we capture and store fbclid, gclid, msclkid, and ttclid for up to 90 days so we can measure which ad led to your reservation.
• Cookies: see Section 5.

Information from third parties

• Order details and limited customer information from Stripe after a successful reservation.
• Aggregated ad-performance and audience data from Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, Microsoft, and TikTok when you click ads we run on those platforms.

We use the information above to:

• Process and fulfill your reservation, including charging the $50 deposit and collecting the balance when your Mobi ships.
• Send you reservation confirmations, ship-date updates, and related transactional emails.
• Measure ad and site performance, including matching ad clicks to reservations.
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized use.
• Improve the website, the configurator, and our product roadmap.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for purposes incompatible with the ones described here without giving you notice and, where required, a choice.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and the reservation process, and only as needed for them to perform that work. Today that list is:

• Stripe — payment processing and fraud detection.
• Amazon Web Services (Lightsail) — site hosting and infrastructure.
• Meta Platforms — ad measurement via the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API. We share hashed versions of your email, name, address, and phone (where available), along with your IP, user agent, and Meta cookie identifiers, so Meta can match conversions to ad clicks. See Section 6.
• Mixpanel — product analytics.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to lawful requests from public authorities, to protect rights, property, or safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.

We use the following categories of cookies and storage:

• Strictly necessary — small first-party identifiers required for the configurator, payment flow, and reservation success page to function.
• Analytics — Mixpanel session identifiers for measuring how the site is used.
• Advertising — Meta's _fbp and _fbc cookies, and a first-party cookie that retains advertising click identifiers for up to 90 days.

You can clear or block cookies via your browser settings. If you do, some site features may not work.

We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance. The Meta Pixel runs in your browser and reports events (such as page views and purchases) to Meta. The Meta Conversions API runs on our server and reports the same events to Meta along with additional matching signals — including hashed email, name, and address; your IP and user agent at checkout; and Meta cookie identifiers — so that Meta can match a conversion to the ad that drove it. Browser and server events share a unique event_id and are deduplicated by Meta.

You can manage Meta's use of off-Facebook activity in your Meta account settings and opt out of interest-based advertising via the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.

The mobiforkids.com website and the reservation process are intended for adults purchasing for the children in their care. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at info@mobiforkids.com and we will delete it.

Privacy practices for the Mobi device and the cellular service that runs on it are covered separately in the materials provided with your watch.

We keep reservation records for as long as needed to fulfill your order, support refunds and warranty, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Analytics and advertising identifiers are kept for up to 90 days for measurement purposes and then expire.

You can:

• Ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing info@mobiforkids.com.
• Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
• Disable cookies via your browser settings.
• Cancel your reservation at any time before the watch ships for a full refund of your deposit, per our Terms.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect about you and how we use it.
• Request a copy of your personal information.
• Request that we delete your personal information.
• Request that we correct inaccurate personal information.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. We do share personal information with advertising partners as described above; to opt out of that sharing, email info@mobiforkids.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.”
• Not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising any of these rights.

We respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Mobi reservations are currently only available to customers in the United States and Canada, and our website is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside those regions, your information will be processed in the United States and will be subject to U.S. law, which may differ from the law of your country.

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information — including HTTPS in transit, encrypted storage, restricted server access, and signed webhook verification for payment events. No system is completely secure; we cannot guarantee that information sent over the internet is fully secure during transmission.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make a material change we will update the “Effective” date at the top and, where appropriate, give you additional notice (for example, by email or a banner on the site). Your continued use of the site after the new effective date means you accept the updated policy.
